The Season Eight Finale is here! Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are back to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more!

At the Plate (0:00-40:59): Tom and Gray discuss a second straight national title for Texas and what the result means for the Longhorns and Texas Tech. Then, the guys offer one final review of the Good, Meh, and Bad for the 2026 Alabama softball season before looking ahead to the excitement surrounding Team 31 and the 2027 campaign.

Advancing to First (41:10-1:31:36): Tom and Gray go over the major portal entries and then zoom through the SEC roster-by-roster and look at who’s leaving, who’s coming back, and what the early outlook is for the conference next season.

Stealing Second (1:31:45-2:43:05): Alabama head coach Patrick Murphy returns to the show for his yearly finale conversation and talks about this current moment in the Crimson Tide athletic department, takeaways from Team 30, the leadership of Marlie Giles, lessons from Lex Pupillo’s story, the entire senior class, Jocelyn Briski, Lance McMahon, the rising sophomores, the importance of Brooke Wells and Jena Young, Audrey Vandagriff, being choosey in the portal, the incoming freshmen, schedule hints for 2027, and plenty more.

Rounding Third (2:43:16-2:59:19): It’s time for “Off the Wall” to get its own segment! This week, Gray goes over some of the crazy things said during the postseason and Tom urges some folks to quit assuming a result based on one moment.

Heading Home (2:59:29-3:30:50): To close the show, it’s time for some awards! First, the 2026 All-Name Team is revealed with a brand new MVP. Then, Tom and Gray announce the winners for the 2026 “Tom’s Hungry” podium. Finally, the guys explain some of the upcoming summer programing and leave a few final thoughts.
