• Write down all your negative thoughts
• Left side Big T Truth
• Write down the opposite
• "I'm not good enough" —> "I am enough"
• "I suck at commercial auditions." —> "I master my commercial technique and I am successful in all my commercial auditions."
• little t thoughts are based in people, places, and things
• Big T thoughts are thoughts we can choose, "Hey I am what I am," "I am enough," "I take good care of myself and I can handle this situation"
