The no-spend sprint of April is done, so it’s time to review our numbers, comparing where we started in week one to where we stand today with the health and growth of our businesses. SO much has been accomplished this month, and we took on a new no-spend challenge each week, so there is a lot to discuss! We do have one final challenge for you to do along with us though, as we move into May: cash in on spring!

Take the time you would be doing some free sourcing and do something for free that benefits your mental health. It can still be free, all you have to spend is some time and effort. So join us in rewarding progress, finding a rhythm, and taking a break to enjoy!
