Scholar, Professor, Attorney and cross-practice expert in a wide range of conflict-related fields, David Hooker currently serves as Associate Professor of the Practice of Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding at the Kroc Institute at the University of Notre Dame.

David coined the term traumagenic,and it is a framing piece setting the tone for this highly recommended article on healing historical harm

As David mentions in this dialogue, he is working with the Equal Justice Initiative's Community Remembrance Project, to collect soil at all lynching grounds in Fulton County, GA (Atlanta), and invites people from anywhere in the US and beyond to submit soil samples as well.
