In this Episode we talk to Dr. Yessis. Dr Yessis went to Russia to study the Russian scientist. He translated the Russian sports scientist text into English. He invented the Yessis Glute Ham Developer from what he saw the Russians training on. He also brought Russian explosive jump training to the US and coined the Term Plyometrics with a track athlete Fred Wilt.
