Hard rules in training can be your certain rules that you just don't break. Some people have reasonable rules that they put in place for ethical reasons. Other people have rules that are contradictory or even confusing.

We have our own set of rules and standards that we try and abide by. We also audit those rules and allow flexibility if they need to be modified.
