Sarah sits down with Helen Leland and Carter Foxworth to have a candid discussion on miscarriage.  Both Carter and Helen recently had miscarriages and while their stories are completely different, the heartbreak is the same.  They each share their individual stories and what has helped them heal.  (As well as what NOT to say to a woman who’s just miscarried a pregnancy) So many women go through this confusing and devastating experience and many go through it alone.  These women bravely share their stories in the hope that it will help someone else who may be navigating this heartbreaking journey in silence.
