A study by Accenture found that many Americans are unhappy with the communication channels they have with their healthcare providers. This has the potential to contributes to distrust and even ignorance about best care practices by patients and doctors. Matt asks the question: how can we better utilise the technology we have to bridge patient-doctor relationships.
