I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again, I absolutely love these Trailercast conversations with you, my listeners. Today's episode is no exception. I love being coconspirators with you in this work, seeing where the conversation takes us and leaning into healing together. What I want you to know is this: that healing can happen anywhere. It just so happens that you can listen to it happening here, in these conversations or in the work of therapy, but it can also happen at home or in the ocean or in relationship or on a hike. It happens all the time, everywhere, and for everyone. That is what I want you to think about as you listen to this episode and finish out this week. Healing is always available to you.

In this episode you get to meet the amazing Kristen. She is a fellow therapist who specializes in work around body image and disordered eating. And in this conversation she opens up and gets vulnerable, sharing what it is like to navigate body change of her own, while helping others find their freedom. We have a beautiful conversation about returning home to our bodies, and it was an inspiring conversation to be a part of and listen back to.
