Hi there! Welcome! Today's Trailercast is a solo episode where I'm putting on my licensed marriage and family therapist hat. I love this work, getting to witness others in their growth and healing. Getting to witness people seeing themselves clearly, sometimes for the first time. In this episode, I reflect on some questions and themes that have been coming up within my therapy practice lately. As you listen, my hope is that you use these questions and thoughts as tools for you yourself. Run them through your own story. Ask yourself, how did I get here? And what is true for me now?
