This week the National Crawford Roundtable talks about electric vehicles and the impact they have (or don't) on the environment.  Do EVs really help the environment?  The White House's response to high fuel prices is to just go buy an EV--what is the true cost of ownership?  How do we handle the fact that EVs pay virtually no tax, although some states charge a higher registration fee?  What are the pros and cons and what is the proper Christian response to EV ownership?
