Julie is a retired Officer in the US Army, a CRNA with decades of service under her belt, and in 2007, she turned her talents to Medical Aesthetics.

She’s the founder of Pure Medical Spa Idaho which has grown to three locations and become a dominant force in the Pacific Northwest.

Julie is a top injector in the region, and not only manages a heavy patient load, but she’s also balancing
scaling her business, hiring great leaders, retaining and educating top talent, and building a model that keeps patients engaged throughout their entire Aesthetic journey.

With nearly 80% of her patients on a customized plan, she’s cultivated a recurring revenue stream that not only boosts her cash flow, but it keeps patients happy and her employees invested and excited about the services they provide.

When she’s not busy running her enterprise, she’s a passionate educator who tours the country speaking and training with Galderma as part of GEN Now, and recently as a Faculty at Aesthetic Next 3.0!
