I so loved this deep, rich conversation with Cheryl Pallant; a writer, poet, energy healer, and dancer known for her dynamic exploration of language, movement, and holistic healing practices.

Cheryl shares openly and vulnerably about her journey with a curved spine, the expectation of pain for life and doctor's guidance around limiting all range of motion, and how a class in movement improvisation in college led to a reduction in pain and becoming much more in tune with her body, feelings and thoughts.
