Angela Lynn Chan was 19 years old at the time of her disappearance on March 27, 1989. She was a white female, 5'2", approximately 120 pounds, with short blonde/strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. She has a scar on her chin, a rose or orchid tattoo on her left ankle, and a circle with an arrow tattoo on her left shoulder. Her ears were pierced at least twice in each ear. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a pink t-shirt with a Hot Tuna logo which is like a hot pink cartoon angler fish, and white sneakers — the sneakers were found in her abandoned car.
