Cynthia is described on her NamUs page as 4’8" - 5’4" and 120-140 lbs. Another flier states she is 5’1" and 135 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes, and has pierced ears. Again, she was last seen wearing black lace up booties, fake eyelashes, and a black flowered romper. She has several tattoos listed below:

Update on the Arely Proctor murder trial: An article from The Independent clarifies that Judge Hanley Chew has indeed ruled that Claudia Hernandez, Rene "Aaron" Hernandez Santos, and Rene Trigueros Hernandez will stand trial for the death of 3 year old Arely Proctor.  Trial was set for August, but no further updates have been posted as of yet. 

Arely Proctor was 3 years old and 38lbs when she was severely abused and strangled to death by her mother, uncle, and grandfather.  She deserved a beautiful life full of love and care, but instead she died at the hands of her own immediate family members under the guise of an exorcism.
