Wayne Adam Ford turned himself into police at the urging of his brother in November of 1998 - by this time he had already killed at least four women and assaulted many others.  His tears and apparent guilt about his crimes earned him the press moniker "the serial killer with a conscience" - we don't think he's that at all.

Linda was about 19 years old when she went missing. She is described as an Indigenous female with black hair and brown eyes, 5’6" and 110lbs. She went by a variety of aliases: Jeanette A. Alexander, Lynette Anderson, Taquisha Jackson, Latisha McNeal, Wylynda McNeal, Linda Jackson Wells, and Wylynda Latasha Wells.
