the problem is not your grasp of agile, nor your tools, nor your teams

we need to demonstrate courage in conversations, being direct, saying what’s real, and what needs to be said

Make strong, bold and fast decisions frequently

Set bold ambitious targets regularly

Get comfortable with the stretch

Ask hard questions. Look for feedback that could be unpleasant or unfavourable, no matter how much it scratches the ego
