Sooo excited to share my interview with the lovely Judith Polich, a lawyer, an environmentalist, a wetlands advocate, an advisor to New Mexico state parks on climate change resilience and mitigation and author of Why Can't We Be More Like Trees? 

Judith shares about navigating a career in male-dominated professions and the importance of her spiritual practice in remaining balanced and maintaining a holistic perspective.

She emphasises the scientifically proven healing powers of nature, especially forest bathing, and the powerful impact spending time in nature has on our bio-chemistry. Judith also talks about the fascinating way trees communicate, share food and support each other, describes their consciousness and intelligence, and how humans - individually and collectively - can support trees - and thereby life on earth.
