Miranda explains how a catastrophic event, triggered her light bulb moment, and changed the way she approaches planning, exercising and executive buy in. She says that plans are important, and need to be flexible.

She tells us that things like compliancy don't really show themselves until crisis enters the room. And once it does, it's time for response.
