Kyp Malone is a musician and visual artist best known as the guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter of the band TV on the Radio. In the late 1990s, Malone moved to New York City and became involved in the music scene. He formed TV on the Radio with his friends Tunde Adebimbe and Dave Sitek in 2001. The band quickly gained a following for their unique blend of rock, soul, and electronic music. Kyp has also released solo music under the name Rain Machine and has collaborated with other artists. In addition to his musical pursuits, Malone is an accomplished visual artist, and his work has been exhibited in galleries and museums around the world.
