In this episode we speak with Aki who wrote two books about her companion animals Jazzy and Cooper. The first book Heart Dog: Healing through Dogs and Photography was about her personal journey she shared with how photographing her companion animals helped her heal and the second book Heart Dog: Angel in Disguise was written about Jazzy's battle with cancer and her last days. This episode does get heavy as most do but the message Aki shares is one you all need to hear.
