Episode Two of For the Record is all about Scale! During this episode,  we are joined by Juvly Aesthetics Founder & CEO, Dr. Justin Harper to discuss the lessons he’s learned in scaling Juvly Aesthetics from a single location in Columbus, OH to multiple practices across 5 states.

We’ll also tackle his perspective on how COVID was a blessing in disguise for right-sizing practices, expenses, and processes that had disproportionately grown as a result of scaling so quickly. From hiring and training Providers to leveraging technology to simplify and optimize the patient experience, his approach to disruptive change can often seem controversial…..but he’s survived and thrived at scale, and he’s here to tell us how.

He’s also the CEO of Aesthetic Record, and we’ll discuss the trajectory of building technology in a rapidly growing industry and how COVID was equally (but opposite!) disruptive as we built massive features overnight to meet an unforeseen shift in the marketplace.

In addition to his roles at Juvly & Aesthetic Record, Dr. Harper is also actively engaged in clinical research for multiple Aesthetic manufacturers and also acts as an Advisor, Speaker & Trainer for Galderma, Allergan, Evolus & Revision. He is also the Clinical Director of Aesthetic Next which will kick off it’s third annual meeting on September 9-12th at the OMNI Dallas Hotel.
