The Gents talk about two big questions: 

1. Why do we build? Yes we know we build homes to house people. But what is the underlying premise that drives how we should be thinking about how we build. Listen in and see what the guys have to say, it’s the conceptual foundation for what we should be doing.
2. What are some problems and concerns about the how the industry goes about business? Coming from three different arenas in the building industry, they each have some very personal views. Listen in to hear them list their concerns and how they think the problems can start being solved for.
