In Episode 20, we get to hear from John Kaplan who is the President of Force Management. They are a sales effectiveness company who I think the world of!  More importantly, he is a hands-on dad and will share some great wisdom with us after successfully raising three great children with the support of his lovely wife!  

Throughout this episode, you will hear from John and the close relationship he has with his family.  He also will show his humility and vulnerability by talking about a very difficult time he endured just months ago.  He also shares great insights on reminding us as parents that it is OK for our kids to struggle as that is where the real learning happens.  Remember, kids can smell hypocrisy from a mile away!
