Super excited to share my chat with Iosellev 'Josie' Castañeda, a modern-day curandera, and creator of the Curandera Remedies, an indie wellness brand.

Josie shares about how her journey with meditation, yoga, ayurveda, and Indian herbalism led her to the healing practices of her own Latin curanderismo lineage.
