Kelly Ward Kussman is retail strategist, mentor, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience as a skilled leader in the retail industry. After suffering from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, almost losing her life, as well as her first baby, Kelly set out on a journey of self discovery and healing. It was through her own deep rituals and solo bi-annual trips to experience nature where she discovered the ability to move through her grief. Those personal trips led Kelly to founding and creating her company Cayla Gray, a luxury clean fragrance company rooted in love and celebration of oneself as an investment in our own individual wellbeing.
