In this episode of The M3 Podcast, I share a personal story about my journey in bodybuilding and the experiences from the recently concluded M3 challenge. My clients achieved significant mental and physical transformations through dedication to movement, mindset, and therapeutic practices. I also highlight my own competitive history, as I discuss the importance of flexible dieting, progressive strength training, and prioritizing mental health. I even emphasize the need to believe in yourself to achieve success and introduce my new course on both flexible dieting and strength training. I just want to express how proud I am of each of my clients who've worked so hard, so far this year, and especially every single one of the clients who've successfully completed the M3 challenge. You did it!
