Many, many months ago I approached Naouele about coming onto the podcast and I was delighted that I finally managed to organise a date for it to go ahead. What a wonderful hour it was chatting about Naouele’s running, from starting to running ultra marathons and many marathons. Naouele is a wife and mother of two children who have also been brilliantly taking on various challenges during the lockdown which we get to hear all about. For those female runners out there who have taken part in the Purbrook Ladies 5 mile race organised by the Portsmouth Joggers, will know Naouele as she has been race director for the past couple of years. I am also joined for the first time by my good friend, former guest on the show, and awesome runner David Harvey. There was lots to talk about and I really hope you enjoy the episode.
