Omaima was only 18 years old when she immigrated from Egypt to the United States. When she was 23 years old, she met 56-year-old Bill Nelson at a bar whom she would marry just days later. Although, on Thanksgiving night in 1991 Omaima would make a decision that would forever change her life.
