Pleased this episode to be joined by one of the group leaders for Portsmouth Joggers, Tony Conway. Tony is a big character in the running community here in Portsmouth. I’ve had the pleasure of not only being welcomed by Tony before at club nights, but also to run with him a few times, where I found his incrediby mindful of his surroundings and being aware about the enjoyment of running – something many of us can forget from time to time. Tony is very close to achieving his 100th marathon race and is looking forward to getting over the finish line of that one as soon as possible.
