This week on Snacky Tunes Darin hosts solo and begins the show by interviewing Chef Edi, of Edi and the Wolf, about his journey as a chef, Austrian cooking, and the financial troubles of running a restaurant. Chef Edi tells us stories from one of his restaurants called seasonal and some of the dishes that got him a great deal of attention. He then tells us how and why he started his restaurant on Avenue C. After the break Darin comes back with band, Radical Dads. The interview starts off with the band talking about their recent album.
