Paul is an avid ice cream sundae helmet collector and a huge fan of Minor League Baseball logos. Because of his love of logos and team names he has started his own podcast called Baseball By Design. He takes you deep into the backstories with graphic designers and baseball teams to share how exactly these teams come up with their names and logos.

In this episode he shares his thoughts on Dippin' Dots and takes us through the process of creating his own team, filled with coming up with the name, logos and color schemes. He also shares his Proffitt & Loss and dives more into his company Curved Brim Media he helped start with Ed Rivera of The Dad Hat Chronicles.
