A federal judge is holding January 6th organizer Caroline Wren in contempt for failing to hand over documents in the civil case brought by Capitol Police Officers. It appears that Rudy Giuliani is also failing to hand over documents.

Justice Kagan has denied four Seattle cops their bid to keep their names secret pursuant to a public records request. 

A magistrate judge has recommended that Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan's motion to dismiss on immunity and Constitutional grounds be dismissed. 

We also have some new information about Alexander Acosta, the prosecutor who gave Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart deal in Florida.
