In August and September of 2003 there were strange things afoot in Erie, PA. In August, a bank robbery turned bombing left police and FBI with nothing but questions, and a man hiding a dead body in his freezer turned himself in to police in September. Connecting these two events was a series of strange characters and a complicated plot that only those involved could help unravel.
