On this episode, Derek sits with Kendall Ellis.   Kendall is a 400 meter Sprinter, an NCAA Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist.  Kendall with be discussing how she got into Track and Field, the challenges of competing at the elite level, competing in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and she also discusses her now legendary performance at the 2018 NCAA Championships where she came from far behind in the final leg of the 4 x 400 meter relay to win the Championship.
