Dear SCU Crew,

 

If you had to take a guess, where do you think your current Transformers collections will be (physically located) when each of you turn 62? Do you think they will continue to be proudly displayed on your shelves? Do you think you will have sold them off between now and then - maybe to fund some future hobby? Or maybe they'll be gifted to a future generation of family members? I guess another possibility is that they could be lovingly packed away in storage somewhere. Anyway, I was recently thinking about what I wanted my retirement to look like and it occurred to me that at some point I'll have to make a decision regarding what I'm going to do with this massive toy collection. Per usual, I'd love to hear the SCU take on this one.

Being that we’re quickly heading towards Halloween season…here’s a getting to know the cast “scary question” for you.

 

Your wife/girlfriend/partner says their parents are moving in, and the space that your collection(s) occupy needs to go ASAP.  But…good news! You get to keep one solitary Detolf. What do you put in it? I’m positive Robert can jam that Omega Supreme in there very efficiently.  What about the rest of you?

Hey there SCU Crew!

What do you think about the lack of Diecast in the Official Mp figures and most 3rd party these days?  Fanstoys uses the most Metal in a figure but still nowhere near the first MP-01. If it is just material cost then how does Disney make the ELITE Star Wars 7.5 inch figures for mid $20s range price?  Yes transformers have a much higher part count but still the material is there for a price that is reasonable. Shipping costs may be an issue but what do you guys think?
