After navigating her own PCOS journey and naturally conceiving three children, she founded PCOS Fertility Nutrition, a platform that offers education, personalized coaching, and The PCOS App to support women seeking evidence-based guidance.

Caitlin is the creator of PCOS Formularies, a supplement line designed specifically for women with PCOS, and the co-host of the Food Freedom & Fertility podcast, where she brings research-informed conversations to women’s nutrition.
