Jacob Way is the CEO and Founder of Friendly Skeleton, formerly Deep Water Games. Previously, he served as President and Chief Business Development officer for Ox Eye Media. During that time he led the company through the largest growth period in their history growing their staff from 3 employees to 22. Jacob is an entrepreneur at heart, and now focuses his time with Friendly Skeleton on Brand Strategy for products. He also serves as President of a local non-profit, Potter Street Station, when not working on Friendly Skeleton.

Jacob Way is the CEO of Friendly Skeleton Games. Recently they have completed a change in company name from Deepwater Games. They are the publisher of many popular titles such as Fantastic Factories, 7 Summits, and MonsDRAWsity, to name a few.
