On this weeks show Dave and I catch up in our introduction about his crewing at the NDW100 along with his upcoming Centurion race. I give an update on our Shipwrights Way FKT attempt which was an interesting day out. I also interview Portsmouth Joggers membership secretary, Davina Glading and it was really interesting finding out about how about the start of her running journey. Davina has done many races and is a member of the 100 half marathon club. Davina and her family have also set up a really interesting relationship with an athletics club in South Africa where they take running clothing and shoes to help support runners in their training and racing.
