Amy Wattles needs no introduction in the world of Grip Strength. She's Competed in everything from Strongman (earning her ASC Pro Card), Highland Games, Grip Sport, and even Steinholding. She's been featured in MILO magazine, set numerous world records in Grip along the way, and is actively competing and still claiming records. Amy has been instrumental in inspiring women to get into grip strength competitions and has led the way by example since 2012. She joins the show to discuss key moments in her competitive career and to talk about the sport moving forward.
