The title of this solo episode was inspired by my recent inspiration of Selena Gomez and her journey to better her mental health. Selena recently came out with a movie called, “My Mind and Me.” This movie is a 6 year long documentary that illustrates her struggles through pain and anger. It’s a beautiful explanation of how she has chosen a path towards kindness, and raising awareness to better than lives of so many others in this world.
I have struggled with anger management as I have come to terms with new and old mental health conditions that have led me to where I am today, hopefully creating a similar path towards kindness that raises awareness to better your lives as well as my own. In this episode, I explain a simple metaphor as to how we can “break the chains” of anger through five simple processes that allow us to hold courage as we choose to be kind.
