Paul discusses the 2018 rookies after one year in the league relative to the incoming 2019 rookie class. He goes through and shares how he would have those two rookie classes ranked for dynasty leagues. He first discusses the quarterback position and gives his top 16 quarterbacks with analysis. Paul discusses that after Saquon Barkley, two through four is a challenge to rank and can be arranged in any order.
