Hey there! It’s your host, Mermaid Bre. :)
Have you ever felt like a computer about to crash and burn down, knowing that if you could just hit the restart button that everything would suddenly be fixed? In this solo episode of The M3 Podcast, I dive into the fascinating world of positive programming and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) from my recent findings in Psychology Today, to help build a self-protecting shield.
To build the strongest shield possible, I share practical practices that have proven effective in our my own life. One such practice is a morning routine that sets a positive tone for the day. I explain how incorporating mindfulness exercises, affirmations, and gratitude practices into your mornings can significantly impact your mindset and overall health. And recognizing the importance of connecting with others who share a growth mindset and positive outlook. Surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals can provide support, encouragement, and inspiration on our journey of positive programming.
Throughout the episode, I shed light on various techniques used in positive programming: anchoring, belief changing, reframing, visualization, and visual kinesthetic dissociation; ultimately creating a self-protecting shield. This shield not only benefits ourselves but also has a positive ripple effect on those we choose to grow with.
Join me in future episodes of The M3 Podcast as I continue to explore topics related to personal growth, positivity, and self-improvement. Remember, positive programming is within your reach, and by embracing it, you can create a life filled with joy and resilience.
