Bush as head of the CIA, and Mark Felt, who was later found to be “Deepthroat". Cho’s work visits food scientist Harold McGee, urban farmer Will Allen, fermentation evangelist Sandor Katz, and the trifecta of Alice Waters, Ruth Reichl & Nell Newman.
