When I first started Consulting almost 7 years ago, I found myself overwhelmed with clients, traveling frequently, trying to raise a family, and more while still desiring to achieve my ambitious professional goals. I wanted to have it all, and I was on a mission to try and do it.  But, after watching my colleague break under pressure and burn out, completely leaving the field, I knew that pushing harder and harder without a plan was NOT going to get me there.

BUT, there's good news!

Over time, I found a way to indeed make it all happen. It was just not in the way that I originally planned. I didn't have to sacrifice my career for family or family for my dreams. Instead, I could achieve my version of success in every area of my life, and YOU CAN TOO!
