We live in troubled times and in this episode, Mark and John discuss the difference between normal anxiety and anxiety disorders. In the Bible, both Jacob (Genesis 32) and Esther (Esther 4) battled anxiety. Mark and John dive into Philippians 4:6 and answer questions regarding the cause and effects of anxiety. Anxiety doesn't define nor disqualify you. Our hope is not in the absence of our troubles but in Christ who is in us. If we worry about tomorrow, then we will not enjoy today.
