With over 40 years of business experience, Diana started her career and spent 13 years in corporate as a Director of Sales & Training for a Fortune 100 company.

Upon leaving the corporate world, She founded 3DManagement, an International consulting company that led her to spend over 3 years in Ireland, and 5yrs serving business clients domestically.

Upon arriving back to the states, Diana followed her passion and

established a luxury brick and mortar jewelry company that grew to a multi- seven figure business.

Today, she holds the position of Executive Managing Director of eWomen Network, an international organization supporting business owners and entrepreneurs, while being the CEO of her Core business, Exsell Performance, Training & Sales Development Group, established in 2019.

Diana’s goal is to effectively implement business strategies and hone skill sets that elevate and impact organizations, while up-leveling their sales, leadership, and overall performance.

When she is not working You can find her in Vegas at the Poker tables with bubby Mike or singing & doing voiceovers in the studio.
