Welcome to our first birthday show and I guess our Christmas show too, and on the topic of Christmas we have a cracker of a show. I got to speak to local runner Paul Navesey who runs with the ABTraining group, under Alison Benton. Paul has had some incredible success running over distances that range from 5k to 100k, and beyond. Paul runs his own coaching business, as well as keeping his own training going as he aims his sights at next years Olympic marathon trials. A great and interesting insight into running at a whole new level. Also, Dave has a special treat with a few birthday chords for our last show of the year.
