Apparently, it's more difficult for Mercury to be completely unaspected in a chart coz it's orbit is never very far away from the Sun or Venus but in this person's chart, it is.

So that would make it rather rare!

Solutions might be a communication book, or maybe writing love letters, or using the Bach Flower Essence/Remedy for the Mercury sign.
