In this week’s episode, we combined three topics we wanted to explore, sharing insights drawn from our personal experiences and research.

First up, “Love & Light”- ever wonder where that phrase came from and what it truly means?  We broke down the saying and we learned the deeper meaning (it did surprise us).

Then, we tackled Soul Retrievals – what are they, and how can they bring immense healing.  We share stories about our own experiences with soul retrievals.

Last but not least, we chatted about Energetic Protection because protecting your energy is important in daily life, especially during Reiki sessions.  We share our favourite ways of protecting our energy.
